Contemporary Dance Technique: The main interest of my class is in weight, alignment, moving on the floor and how to most efficiently organize the body in movement. I look for speed and fluidity,  strength and durability.

My class prioritises the importance of the aerobic durability of a dancer. In the class we don't stop between exercises but it rolls on like a performance. It is based on floor technique and includes sections of running and floorexercises. It works on the aerobic fitness of a dancers and prepares them for performance. I frequently teach this class both in Finland and the UK.
